Refund Policy

1. Who we are
This Refund Policy applies to services provided by lomzyn-studio, Frednowy 54, 14-200 Iława, Poland. Email: contact@lomzyn-studio.online. Phone: +48 696 266 461.
2. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK and concluded the contract at a distance (online, by email or phone), you may withdraw within 14 days of the contract's conclusion without giving a reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the Polish Consumer Rights Act and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3. How to withdraw
To withdraw, send a clear statement to contact@lomzyn-studio.online or by post to Frednowy 54, 14-200 Iława, Poland. You may use the following model text: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: [service], ordered on [date]. Name, address, date." Sending it before the 14 days expire is enough.
4. Services started during the withdrawal period
If you expressly request that we start work within the 14-day period, you will pay a proportionate amount for the work carried out until you notify us of withdrawal. If the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal, the right no longer applies.
5. Refund timing
We refund all amounts due within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.
6. Business clients
For business clients, deposits are refundable in full if cancelled before work begins. If a project is cancelled mid-way, we refund any amount exceeding the value of work completed. Approved and delivered work is non-refundable.
7. Faulty services
If our service does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have it corrected free of charge and, where that is not possible, to a price reduction or refund, in line with your statutory rights.
